Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for goods that have been used, opened, or removed from original packaging. This applies to items like vintage antiques, porcelain, or any products that cannot be resold hygienically or in original condition after use. Exceptions: Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items may be returned within 14 days for refund or replacement, per EU consumer rights. Please contact us immediately with photos.
