This is a striking Thistle Blue cut crystal vase from Bohemia, dating to about 1950. The cobalt overlay has been wheel‑cut to reveal clear crystal in thistle blooms and leafy stalks, with deep vertical panels that catch and scatter the light. The rim has an undulating shape and the walls are thick, giving it a satisfying weight you expect from lead crystal.
